Our 15-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Thats why we offer a 15-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return after you've received your item.
Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be:
- In the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags
attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at sales@kosedibeng.co.za If your return is
accepted, you'll be responsible for returning the item to our retail store at your own cost.

Important: We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective,
damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to
assess the issue and make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
- Jewellery, such as earrings
If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items
purchased during a clearance sale. All Clearance Sale items are final sale with no
returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please note that we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, approved returns will be
reimbursed with a store voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your store voucher will be issued for you to use in-store or online.
