Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We partner with multiple
courier companies to offer you flexible and reliable delivery options.
Choosing Your Shipping Method: At checkout, you'll be presented with various shipping options. You can select the one that best suits your needs, considering both cost-effectiveness and estimated delivery time. Availability of specific couriers and faster
timelines may vary based on your location.

Delivery Information: Shipments are dispatched on weekdays. Our courier partners will
communicate directly with you regarding your delivery schedule. Please be aware that
during periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. We will inform you promptly of any unforeseen delays with your order.

Shipping Costs and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as a signature is required upon delivery by our courier partners.

Shipment Confirmation and; Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ko Sedibeng Designs is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the sole
responsibility of the customer.

Damages
Ko Sedibeng Designs is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We also recommend that you contact our support team immediately. Please retain all
packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for your claim.

International Shipping
Currently, Ko Sedibeng Designs only ships within South Africa.
